At Little Giant Ladder, we stand behind the quality and safety of our equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your ladder in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your ladder in its original shipping container, ensuring all safety manuals, accessories, and parts are included.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided RMA label to the outside of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for larger models.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned unit for safety compliance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
