How do I determine the right weight capacity for my needs?
We offer Type IA (300 lbs) and Type IAA (375 lbs) ratings. Always consider your weight plus the weight of your tools and materials when selecting a duty rating.
What is your shipping policy for oversized items?
We provide free standard shipping on all ladder orders within the contiguous United States. Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours and arrive via freight or ground carrier.
Do your ladders come with a warranty?
Yes, most of our professional-grade ladders include a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects, ensuring your investment is protected for years of use.
Can I return my ladder if it doesn't fit my workspace?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs for large ladders may apply.
